Sheet Metal Bending
CNC press brake forming for accurate bends and assemblies — tight tolerances for enclosures, brackets, and chassis in MS, SS & Aluminium.
Overview
Our CNC press brake bending service delivers precise, repeatable bends for sheet metal components. Whether you need simple L-brackets or complex multi-bend enclosures, we ensure dimensional accuracy and consistent quality across batches. Ideal for prototypes through high-volume production runs.
Technical Capabilities
- Bending length up to 3000 mm
- Material thickness: 0.5 mm – 6 mm (MS/SS/Al)
- Angular tolerance: ±0.5° standard
- Dimensional accuracy: ±0.1 mm on bend line
- Multi-bend complex profiles & box sections
- CNC back-gauge for repeatable positioning

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum bend radius you can achieve?
Minimum inside bend radius depends on material and thickness. Typically 0.8× material thickness for MS, slightly more for SS. We'll confirm feasibility during DFM review.
Can you bend pre-punched or laser-cut blanks?
Yes, we regularly bend blanks that have been punched or laser-cut in-house or supplied by customers. Proper hole-to-bend clearances are verified.
Do you offer powder coating after bending?
Absolutely. We have in-house powder coating and can deliver fully finished parts ready for assembly.
What file formats do you accept for bending jobs?
We accept DXF, DWG, STEP, PDF, and SolidWorks files. Flat patterns with bend lines are ideal for faster quoting.
